Terms of Service

Violating ToS will result in terminating the transaction between the client and the artist. The artist has the right to refuse a commission and/or client. Please fully read the terms and rules written below!-Rules--Use in AI generation, or for the use of AI art is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.-I will draw fanart, OCs, gore, LGBTQ+, light armor, and inhuman features.-I will NOT draw smut, heavy armor/mechs, furry/anthro characters (I’m bad at it :[), or anything that is hateful or inappropriate (pedophilia, incest, etc.).-If you are commissioning art of another persons character make sure you have their permission!-Commissions should be completed in the span of three months max. If an issue pops up regarding health, school, family matters, or other important factors that impact the commissions progress you will be notified.-Payment--Payment will be done through PayPal, USD.-Half of the payment must be done before I begin working on the commission, the rest will be sent after it is complete.-If you wish to cancel your commission a refund may be issued depending on the progress already made.-If I cancel the commission you will receive a full refund regardless of progress made.-Copyright And Usage Policy--The rights of the artwork belong to the artist, not the commissioner. As such the following is within the artists rights:-Using the piece to promote their self on any platform (If you would like the piece to remain private please notify me)-Using the piece as part of a portfolio or a sample visible to other individuals or groups-Publishing the piece for non-commercial purposes ONLY-The artist is NOT allowed to turn the artwork or design into profitable goods or merchandise that will give gain personally or to any other individual or group who is not the client.--The client is allowed to:-Use the artwork as a design for personal use only. They CANNOT use the artwork for merchandise meant to be sold commercially for a profit.-Crop or edit the artwork for personal layout purposes AS LONG AS the original content is not edited. The client MUST credit the artist and provide a link to the artist.-Breaking the copyright terms in ANY way will take away the clients rights over the work--The following is considered Copyright Infringement--Using the artwork in AI art/AI generation-Reproducing the work commercially (making money from it in any way without the artists consent or knowledge)-Taking credit for creating the artwork-Removing or altering any watermarks/signatures without the artists knowledge or consent-Commercial Use is--”any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.”-This includes anything being used to generate revenue or promote your brand, such as:-Stream/Video Assets (such as thumbnails, sprites, etc)-Merch (such as designs for clothing, posters/prints, etc)-You may purchase commercial rights from the artist (which will be no less than half the commissions base price), the price will vary depending on intended use. Contact the artist for more information.-

-Extra Info--These are base prices, commission complexity may add to the final price.
-Getting a bundle of three emotes will be $25 instead of $30 (As a treat)
-Additional characters will be an additional $5 for Half/Full-Body, Full Illustrations are an extra $10
-If you want facial expressions included in a reference sheet it will be an extra $5
-I usually like to add silly doodles on the side of reference sheets, if you don't want silly doodles let me know.
